Hace tres semanas, Doug Polk tuiteó a sus seguidores que él quería nombres para una lista corta de los mejores 100 jugadores de todos los tiempos. El plan era luego acortar la lista a los mejores 20 tomando los votos recibidos de los seguidores.
El problema con este tipo de encuestas es que a los fans algunas veces les cuesta ser objetivos y la encuesta se convierte en un concurso de popularidad.
Dicho esto, los resultados finales parecen representar acertadamente lo que es la opinión popular de la comunidad del poker.
